General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

High heart beat has caused cerebral thrombosis. Cerebral thrombosis is a blood clot in a cerebral artery or vein.
Arm shaking is caused by cerebral thrombosis.

This case is an emergency and your husband should go to the emergency room.

He needs the following tests to determine the diagnosis:
1. Head MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging).
2. Electrocardiogram.
3. Electroencephalography.
4. INR test(international normalized ratio test).
5. Complete blood count.
6. Urine test.

He should contact his cardiologist and his neurologist.

I hope this answer is helpful.

Take Care.
Dr. Behar.
