Why Does My Chest Feel Tight While Running?

Hi my chest feels tight when I run. I can run a certain amount of time before I become out of breath and have no energy. I play a lot of football so this is the problem. Im a very sporty person. My chest just feels really tight and I cant run no more. I can run for about 10minutes then my chest starts to hurt. I didnt play football for a year. I ve just got into it again. How can I get my fitness better so I can run for longer?
