Why Does Mild Pain Appear At The Left Side Centre Of My Chest ?

Dear sir, I have BP, Sugar and Lipid are under control and also ECG , TMT and Echo are normal report. But sometimes unstabled mild pain appear at left side centre of the chest what is the reason? Age 52, hieght 5.5 feet.

hi
it may be muscular pain or pain due to mild angina
u need to do ur ECG at the time of the pain to find out the reason
as u have BP ,LIPID AND sugar ,u have high chance of having heart problem
in rest condition test may be normal
better to consult cardiologist .
