Why Do My Nipples Hurt Whenever Somethings Touches Them ?

Whenever my bra or shirt slightly rubs against my nipples, they hurt! I know for a fact I am not pregnant.

I have sensitive nipples too. It is usually right before I get my period, I think it is just hormone changes that trigger it. If it really bothers you, put band-aids over them :)
