The muscles along the top of my eyeballs as well as my forehead muscles always feel tired and heavy. Which in turns makes me feel exhausted all of the time. This happens daily and has been ongoing for many years. My sleep schedule is normal. I do wear contacts / glasses and I keep up to date on my appointments and making sure y prescription is correct. I do allow my eyes to relax without the use of contacts/glasses on a regular occasion. Throughout the past i would try eye exercises on a regular basis to strengthen the mucles but it does not make a difference. Help!
