General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms and i understand your concerns.

Your symptoms in few words are:
-presence of blood in your urine, clots also
-pain in the kidney region
-no pain or burning sensation while urinating
-lost apetite,not gaining weight,loosing energy
- 4-5 years hystory

There are a few conditiones for your symptoms and i will try to explain what you need to do.
1- a kidney stone. after having alcohol or a big amount of liquids, the stone tries to move and it gives you pain in the kidney area, also it causes the presence of blood in the urine

2-tumor of the kidney, cyst of the kidney ect.

If i was your doctor i would do an ultrasound of your urinary tract to check your kidneys for stones, cysts,or sign of a tumor. Also would recomend a urine test to rule out an infection of your urinary tract.

You need to do the ultrasound of your urinary tract as soon as possible and an urine test. After the results you need to consult an urologyst/nepherolygst depending from the tests. Blood tests may be required or not after the ultrasound exam.

Without these tests,no one can be sure about the diagnosis and no one can say if it's too late or not.

If you have any other question feel free to contact me.

Whish you good health.
