Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some urinary tract infection. It s common in presence of kidney stone. You should go for urine routine and microscopic test and if you have urinary tract infection then you should take antibiotic treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin are commonly used drugs. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Your kidney stone is very small so drink plenty of water. For pain you can take diclofenac sodium. Most of the time less then 3mm stone doesn't required surgical treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
