hello,
Cath can certainly have complications and cause tender swelling, but it usually happens within 12 hrs and late swelling are due to pseudoaneurysm which can be picked up on ultrasound.
So since, your ultrasound is also done, and it has confirmed the lymph nodes and also you have history of some tumor removal, it's likely that it is not relevant to cath. And you should visit the primary doctor for tumor, it needs to confirmed by doing fnac from lymph nodes.
