General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I want to know how long you have lump and whether it is associated with fever and weight loss and MRI face to rule out extent and nature of lump weather inflammatory or neoplastic. Then only I can advise properly and for sure you must consult an ENT surgeon for local examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Love Kumar, General Surgeon
