Change your clothes and underwear and change your bedsheets every day. Avoid intake of soft drinks like coca cola, chocolates, coffee, caffeine, fast foods, sweet foods, cakes, desserts, alcohol, etc.as it will flare up your symptoms and also cause spread. Take buckwheat, lean boiled meat, flax seeds, boiled beans and vegetables, dry fruits, yoghurt, etc. Do not squeeze it, it will lead to premature opening of the boil and the lower part remains deep inside causing inflammation and spread. Do not let it get infected, clean the skin around the affected part with an antiseptic. Get clinically examined, you will be treated with a course of antibiotics, analgesics, etc. The pus will come out in 3-4 days, the area affected will be cleaned and antiseptic dressing done. In case it the pus does not come out on its own then the GP will incise and drain it. Antiseptic dressing will be done and you will be treated with a course of antibiotics, analgesics and vitamins.
