Why Do I Get Pain In The Chest After Lifting Heavy Stuff ?

Dryness on pelvis area and black stuff embedded under the skin . Age: 17 years old Gender: Female Blood type : B Medical History: - Obesity (last when age 12) -Ammenorhea ( last 4 months ago) --today 12th July -Having something growing on the face area -Migraine Treatment history: - Diet control (by government) -Ammernorhea (given a pill that make egg for menstruation) -Small surgery on removing growing stuff at the face area -Heart test (free) i haven t got my menstruation for a month and maybe I ll have it soon. I have problems on my PELVIS area. It was DRY and sometimes there is small size of black stuff like a small black dust embedded in my skin. I always have it and found it when I was age 15. Now I am 17. I wanted to know is there something wrong with my pelvis??? or any infection? how to cure? I got ammenorhea last 4 months.help me? second, its about my sternum area. I had a pain like very sudden attack. Usually it comes when I am stress. It cause me hard to breath because trying to overcome the pain cause by it. I will try to make my body relax. and the longest pain i can get is for 3 minutes and shortest is 20 seconds. Sometimes I also had it when lifting too heavy stuff. Is there anyone can help? Thanks for the help ! =D

Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have anxiety neurosis.
Due to hormonal changes you may find this type of problems.
In pelvic area there may be some infection like fungus.
Keep that part clean,proper hygiene,
apply atifungal powder locally.
Pain in sternum area may be muscular but go for ECG to rule out cardiac cause.
Concentrate your mind in study and you will forget your problem.
