Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding and bad odor after having sex needs to be investigated.
Infection of the genital tract can lead to bad odor, however, it should respond to antibiotics and antifungals.
Since, it is not responding to antimicrobials, other pathology is suspected.
A clinical examination, cervical examination and cervical biopsy needs to be done to look for pre-neoplastic or neoplastic changes.
This is because malignancy of cervix commonly presents with bleeding and discharge with bad odor.

Thanks and take care
