Why Did I Spot With Little Discharge?

Today is Mon/Tue and on Friday evening i thought i came on my period because i spotted....so i put on a tampon only to take it out around 1/2 am that morning and no blood. so didn't put a new tampon in. nothing has happen since tthen except alil discharge here and there. Earlier before now im getting my lower back pain symptoms wen i start toget my period. Am i okay or do i need togo to the doctorsto make sure im not prego?

You haven't mentioned about your date of regular cycle & also whether you are sexually active or not.

Spotting could be a sign of
1.vigorous sex
2. ovulation
3. impending periods
4. Implantation bleeding

I advice you to avoid deeper penetration if the same complaint persists ( if sexually active) & if you are on regular cycle, do a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
