Why Did I Have Pain In Shoulder And Arm With Breathlessness?

Yesterday I started getting this very uncomfortable feeling in my chest with a shooting pain straight through my back and a heavy sensation in my left arm I had a very rough night and have woken up with really bad back pain shoulder pain neck pain and a uncomfortable wen I breath in I am 26 years old

YOU should undergo cardiac evaluation including B.P. checkup, E.C.G. and cpk-mb. These are bare minimum investigations. If these comes out to be normal then get an cervical MRI done to rule our cervical problem
