Why Are There No Periods Six Months Post Delivery?

Dear sir/Mam,
I have a six months baby.I have done a family planning immediately after my child birth,nearly 3 months there is no periods.Last June 3 my period is started and for 1 anad half months it was continued,again on aug 2 my period is spotted and continue still now,what can i do

Hi, thanks for writing..
Post delivery periods will be irregular in 70% of women who are breast feeding.. This is due to improper ovulation. If bleeding isnot heavy, you neednot do anything..If bleeding is heavy, you can take tranexemic acid for reducing the bleeding.. hope i have answered yur query.. Good day
