Why Are My Knees And Wrists Stiff?
I knees and wrists are stiff and sore evey 3-4 days, i look like an old man walking around the place. I feel like i have a flue comming on. I go to bed after taking one limsip and a heavy T-shirt and Tracksuit bottom, sweat like a pig that night and next morning right as rain, like nothing wrong.

It could be arthritis. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.
