Why Are My Buttocks Burning And Have A Sticky Discharge?

I have previous, Mrsa, c diff, and staph. I'm also a double liver transplant patient on rapamune 1mg qd. I am on othr drugs like nexium and anti anxiety and anti depression drugs also. Backside is always a little raw due to colon removal in 2002. I go 5-6 times a day. 9 years later and my bottom is so red I can't lay down or sit. It burns like hell and an odorless, colorless, fluid seeps from my butt cheeks so my underwear sticks and I have to peel them off. Any ideas?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Noted about double liver transplant and removal of colon in 2002.
Removal of colon will have many problems like Vitamin B complex deficiency and early passage of the stool as there is no colon to concentrate the feces can lead to peri-anal excoriation, soiling and so on.
Chronic intestinal obstruction can also do the same.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Tests of stool for three consecutive days.
Examination of the distal intestines by means of a colonoscope.
Tests of blood for thyroid, liver and kidney functions.
All these tests will lead the exact cause and thus help you getting a proper treatment in the form of appropriate antibiotics, metronidazole and probiotics.
Apply skin protection ointment to the anal area.
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water will help to keep the area sooth and clean.
Apply gauze pad to avoid fluid leakage related problems.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Avoid the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems.
