Why Am I Not Getting Pregnancy Symptoms?

I am about to enter into my 7 or 8 week mark in pregnancy.and I had a u/s done two weeks ago to see was my baby ok.and the doctors said yes,it was still in the yolk sac form.but now I still don't feel like I am pregnant.stomach no hard,no early pregnancy sign nomore.nothing.working two jobs and I feel fine.help is something wrong with my baby!!!!!!!!

Thanks for asking...
Simple ans is no; you are perfectly fine. Actually the famous symptom of nausea and vomiting is a subjective symptom of pregnancy which could be very severe in some and not felt at all in few like you. If your ultrasound is o.k., the most probably your baby is fine. The heart of baby starts pumping blood at about 7th week of pregnancy because we count the pregnancy from the last menstrual period date. Movements of baby are felt from 20-22 weeks in first pregnancy and 19-20th week in subsequent pregnancies.
You should consult your doctor/ gynecologist right from the start as you have to start folic acid tablets ( 5mg on once daily basis ) from the start and keep eating a good and healthy balanced diet. More over you have to undergo another ultra-sound for fetal well being around 18-20 week.
