Why Am I Not Getting Periods?
hi, i recently have been having hedaches and abdomial pain out of nowhere. I haven't had my period yet it usually comes at the beginning of the month. I went to the bathroom this morning and saw brown, i thought i was starting but as i look a min ago. there was no blood, just small spots. can you help?

Brown spots or discharge could represent the beginning of periods. There is no mention of your age or sexual history. Pregnancy should be ruled out. Delay in periods may be related to stress or nutritional deficiency. You can wait for a week for the cycles to return. Hormonal pills may be required to initiate periods after a week.
