Hello,

Likely to be in relation with hormonal imbalance issues which show up with the stress-related alterations in the gut enzymes, brain neurotransmitters affecting Ghrelin particularly.

However, to rule out other possible conditions like diabetes and intestine hypermotility disorders, an appointment with your primary care provider is strongly recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
