Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, the possibilities include contact dermatitis ( allergy) to the hair removal cream or another condition called as wax folliculitis. The allergy can sometimes show up after 2-3 uses as the body develops sensitivity over some time and not immediately.
Wax folliculitis is a mild infection of the hair follicles following trauma from waxing. It could benefit from using a cream containing a combination of fusidic acid and beclomethasone.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
