Why Am I Felling Bundle Like Something In My Perineum?

I feel a small what feels like a bundle of something in my perineum that is bellow the skin. I can only feel it if I apply firm pressure when I palate that area. It feels soft and is moveable but there is no pain and does not feel like a cyst or anything of the sort. Is this just a part of my internal anatomy of the perineum that I am feeling?

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be some nonspecific feeling some time person may not be fully familiar with the internal organs and while touches this or try to palpate this feels very different and may get idea of abnormality but as a matter of fact this is not the case, if this is not caused any clinical symptoms then forget this, hope this information helps, take care.
