Why Am I Facing Problem After Having Lunch Or Breakfast, Feel Uncomfortable?

i am a diabatic patient .now i am facing some kind of problem -- i feel uncomfortable after having lunch and breakfast. it is nothing but a flatulence.if the gas is passed then no problem but remains stuck for a long time .doctor has been shown and he prescribed me medicine like ACILOCK RD.

hi,
diabetics commonly suffer from bloating and gas. this is mostly linked to diabetic gastroparesis, a condition where stomach nerves are weakened due to diabetes leading to distension, constipation and bloating.
You need to take small meals at frequent intervals. Reduce the intake of dry and gas producing items like pulses, increase catabolism by exercise, take plenty of water.
To my patients, i would also advice a prokinetic drug like itopride.
