Why Am I Unable To Lift My Arm?
I am 64 years and I do lot of exercise. For the last few days, I am unable to take my left arm behind my back, which I had been doing effortlessly. When I touch my under-arm with my finger, I feel pain in my nerve or bone. Same is the case with the top of my left shoulder and left forearm.
