OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Would like to know your age, we’re you having regular periods before the prolapse repair? It is possible that there might be infection at the stitch site, leading to spotting but that is very less likely after a year. Other possibility is that you might have developed an ulcer there which might be bleeding. Local examination would give a better idea of the actual condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
