Why Am I Having Irregular Periods ? Why My Tummy Moves Up And Down When I Hold My Breath ?

I am a female, i am 20yr old. I dont know wether i am pregnant or not? But i am having my regular periods form lasat 2months. I am scared and taking tension and m confused that whether i am pregnant or not? I vomited only once that ws last month till then i never felt like vomoting and i had my period again.. Yesterday i felt that my tummy moves up and down when ihold my breath , why is it so?

     As vomiting once don`t indicate pregnancy.Movement of abdomen appear more due to psychological reason .but still you can go for pregnancy test to rule it out.
