I have been having a grey period once every other week. Also, before I start it, I wake up in the middle of the night with stomach aches, shakiness, sweating, and heavy breathing. Eventually, my body starts throwing up and having severe migraines. The throwing up only lasts for an hour and a half or so and I throw up flem. I am forgetting things and I feel like I am always going to pass out. My body is feeling fatigued 24/7 and my pee is a very light yellow, so I am hydrated.
