Why Am I Having Gas And Burning Sensation In Abdomen?

Sir, I am suffering with gas / burning sensation in abdomen, heart, back disk since Mar 2012? Doctor told me you are suffering with diabities so I am taking medicine. But, still I am suffering with gas / burning sensation quite opposite back portion to my heart. Kindly suggest me in this matter.

Hi,you have flatulence burning sensation upper abdomen and back possibly gastritis and oesophagitis or in common terminology acid peptic disease.You have told that you have diabetes also.The first line of medicine for diabetes is a drug called metformin.You see your medicine ,in case you are taking it go back to your diabetologist and get it changed.Incase you are not taking it, help your self with split bland 3 rd hourly diet and rabeprazole tab 20 mg once a day before food provided you are not allergic to that.Take care.
