Why Am I Finding It Difficult To Conceive?

hello doctor my name is mansi i am 33 of age and had a son of 5 years. now i am trying to get pregnant but there is no result. i am going through my follicular study.on the 12th day of my cycle my right ovary size was 22 x 26m and the endometium size was 8.9m. now yesterday it was ruptured what should i do now to be pregnant at this stage.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion your follicle size and endometrium thickness is good.As the follicle is ruptured then the lifespan of ovum will be 12-24 hours so you need to participate within this time and even a day later.Participating daily increase the pregnancy chances.Fixing particular days might cause stress.If your cycles are regular and as you have already one kid then you need not worry.Conception
chances are high.Avoid anxiety regarding pregnancy as it is one of the causes for infertility.
