Why Am I Feeling Exhausted?

I keep feeling shaky, weak, sick and sensitive to light. I notice I feel like this when the weather is very cold. I m also extremely tired and feel like if I tried to do anything I would collapse from exhaustion, yet I had a solid 9 hours sleep last night, and often do, but always wake feeling exhasuted?

Hello dear,
Nice to meet you here,
The extreme sensitivity to cold and light to a person have a wide differential diagnosis, try to avoid the aggravating stimulus . I need to have some extra history from side [like your age, aggravating stimulus, how long your are experiencing this symptoms] so that the exact cause will be provoked and an better diagnosis can be made.
I also need you to check your blood sugar level ,as fluctuating level of blood sugar causing reduced glucose availability to body is the most common cause of exhaustion and extreme tiredness .
Hope helped you,
