Why Am I Feeling Dizzy And Lightheaded?

Hello, my name is Lauren and I'm 13. I have been having major headaches and have been feeling dizzy and light headed a lot lately. I have passed out twice already and I've been feeling this way for the last week or two. Can you help me understand what is going on with me. Thx.

Hi Lauren,
There are a number of things that could be causing your symptoms, but one major one that comes to mind is the possibility that you could have anemia. I think it's probably time to go to your pediatrician and get some regular labs run, this will help your doctor and you find out if your blood counts are normal. I would talk to your parents and schedule an appointment soon and not ignore the symptoms, your body may be trying to tell you something.
