Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have never experienced this abnormality in the menstrual cycle earlier, you need proper evaluation. A trans-vaginal sonogram should be done to look for pregnancy, ovarian cysts and know the status of the pelvic organs. The fact that you did not see a period after induction with hormones suggests that either you do not have sufficient endometrial preparation or the hormone dose is insufficient. A complete hormone profile also is necessary to plan further management. Hope this helps.
