Why After Masturbation It Stay Crusty Light Brown?

I masturbate into a sock. Before I had surgery to remove a cyst on the inside, I masturbated into socks, and the socks, after a few days, would stay "crusty white". Now, post surgery, when I masturbate into a sock, after a few days, it becomes "crusty light-brownish". Wtf is the problem?
