Why I Am Unable To Open My Eyes And Feel Tiredness , Light Headed And Dizzy And My Hands Feel Cold And Shaky ?

I am 32 year old female. I am not on my menses. I feel light-headed, dizzy, hard to keep my eyes opened because I am tired, blood pressure is 100/70, heart rate 72. I can feel my heart beating near my neck. My hands feel cold and shaky.

the low pressure may be an indication of anemia.
with anemia all these symptoms can occur.
