Which is the best combination in available B comples Caps in case of insulin dependent diabetics, having arthritis ,hyper tension heart problem as well. Age 65, height 5 ft weight 70 kg, woman. heard that some components in B Comples combinations affect control on blood sugar,reduce effect of insulins and tablets, Diabend/Gliclazide , may cause more joint pain . so which brand.combination is safe without effects as above. You can take any good brand B.complex capsules.
I do not think proper use of b complex has any adverse effect on diabetes or blood pressure.
Avoid syrupy b complex as it contains sugar.
