Which Type Of Doctor To Visit For Bleeding With Each Bowel Movement?
I have been bleeding a lot with each bowel movement for several weeks now. There is a lot of blood and large blood clots. I have huge hemorrhoids. Lately I have been experiencing fatigue and weakness. I don t have a doctor and don t know who to go to for these problems: internist, gastrointestinal specialist, ???
Hello dear user! I have gone through your query and understood your concerns! Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic. It seems you have stayed a lot at home loosing a considerable amount of blood with your bowel movements. This causes anemia, and that is why you feel tired and weak. Go as soon as possible to your medical center and seek for a gastroenterologist or an abdominal surgeon to treat your hemorrhoids, and stop further bleeding and anemia. You may need to remove them surgically if they are at a high grade. I hope this answer was helpful to you! Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot. Thank you and best regards! DR ERIOL.
