Hello dear user!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
It seems you have stayed a lot at home loosing a considerable amount of blood with your bowel movements. This causes anemia, and that is why you feel tired and weak. Go as soon as possible to your medical center and seek for a gastroenterologist or an abdominal surgeon to treat your hemorrhoids, and stop further bleeding and anemia. You may need to remove them surgically if they are at a high grade.
I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot.
