Which Specialist Doctor Should Be Consulted For Diminished Vocal Ability?

What kind of doctor should I visit for losing my voice. I mean that I can talk but when I go to sing which I do regularly half the notes don t come out and I feel like if I push it, I might start choking. This only has occurred since I had a little bronchitis back in December

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have to consult your ENT specialist for this problem.
Possible causes are like laryngitis or acid reflux or polyps or thickening etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
