Hi, I am a 52 year old female,height 5'6 1/2,145 lbs. Last Feb. I fell down the stairs backwards and broke my neck at C7. Had surgery. Put a cage in my neck filled with bone fragments and a titanium plate to hold it in place. Had a halo brace, now an aspen collar. Haven't had a really decent nights sleep since the injury. Can you reccommend an orthopedic pillow? Websites say to be careful when choosing a pillow because you can actually make things worse of you choose the wrong pillow.
