General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. It really does not matter whether it is Cipla or NF.
What is matters is to find the proper diagnosis of the problem you are suffering from and the after-effects/ sequel / complications the original problem has created. Many times these are innocuous and lead to complications which are difficult to diagnose, treat and get a ''cure''.
I would advise you to get the clinical examination done by an ENT Surgeon, get the investigations of blood, urine and CT scan of the sinuses to find the cause and sequel.
This will give us the best possible chance to get a cure.
Till then you can use decongestant nasal drops three times a day followed by plain water steam inhalations.
