Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Noted your age of 46, weight of 87 kg, 5'8''; complaining of burning sensation or dull pain in the left mid-rift, right mid-rift and above belly button in center as coming for 1-2 seconds and for 3-4 times in a day, not happening sometimes even for a few days without any other problems at all.
The cause of such an incidence can be due to gastritis or colitis particularly of the transverse colon.
This does not really look significant and can be due to stress or anxiety causing momentary pains and just vanishing.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical examination done by your Doctor for finding any enlarged liver, spleen, tenderness at particular areas or spots indicating any underlying causes.
And if there is a suspicion it is worth undergoing an upper GI Endoscopy, colonoscopy and ultrasound of abdomen along with the routine tests of blood, urine and stool.
If any specific cause is found, get treated accordingly, otherwise wait and watch policy to be adopted.
