hemorrhoids have many proclaimed non-surgical therapies. But it is always better to go in for a therapy which will prevent future recurrence and other complications. Amongst important therapies, you have option of sclerosis, banding techniques/ or excision of hemorrhoids. Your surgeon will decide the therapy chosen for you based on the location, severity and degree of hemorrhoids.
So you must visit a general surgeon who will examine and decide accordingly.
