Which Is Anticonvulsants For Partial Seizures?

Doctor, I have a calcified tuberculoma granuloma in right occipital lobe region. I get partial siezures like shaky background vision , it last for about half an hour. I am on trioptal 1200 bd. Levipil 1500 did not work for me !

Qn: Which anti convulsants work better for these kind of seizures?
