Which Injection Shot Helps Stop Bleeding Due To Fibroids?

About 8 months ago I was given a shot, to stop bleeding for fibros and I would like to know what the name was that was given to me by my OBGYN was. i believe it starts with a p. Because I have gained alot of weight and I m trying to find out how long does it take to ware off.

There are many options to help reduce or stop bleeding in your case and some include tranexamic acid (cyclokaprone), NSAIDs, norethisterone, etc.

I am not sure which one you are refering to but progestone could be a possibility. Hope this helps.
