Hi,

Recipients with blood type AB can receive a kidney from blood types A, B, AB and O (AB is the universal recipient). Also, he can receive it from 27 years old. Risk are higher for recipient but in most cases surgery goes well and there are no serious complications.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Wish you a good health.

Kindly regards,
