Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Its likely to be retained blood which has come out after removal of tampoon.
The likely source is vaginal , its highly unlikely to be urinary tract associated bleeding.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
