When Should Pregnancy Test Be Taken After Having An Abortion?

Hi doctor, i have taken mifepristone and misoprostol twice orally . Wednesday night 1 mifepristone and Thursday morning 2 misoprostol and aftnoon 2 misoprostol. 2hr later i feel pain and get bleeding. 2 day i get very low bleeding. after 2 days i get bleeding like usual periods. still i have bleeding. When i want check pregnancy test? My last period day is June 26. Kindly advise me.

1.It can not be pregnancy, most possible cause is RPOC - retained products of conception.
2.Normally it takes 6 - 8 weeks to get endometrial flora to get normalised after an abortion / but earlier that the surgical.
3.In this case you have to get an ultrasound pelvis get done - it will helps in evaluation of the RPOC, presence of any inflammatory causes and uterine and ovaries status.
4.Recommend to have safe intercourse to avoid abortions, as it may cause difficulty in reproductive life in future.
