When Should Primolut-N Be Taken Delay Menstruation?

Hi I am getting married next month and would be going for my honeymoon, I wanted to start taking Primlout, but had a slight confusion regarding when. My expected period date is Aug 18th, so should i start taking the tabs 5 days before Aug 18th that is Aug 13th? And while on the Primlout, what are the chances of pregancy?

Hi,

If you want to postpone your periods by 4-5 days...yes you can start taking pills 5 days prior to the periods &take 1 pill 12 hourly for 10 days maximum.

If you did not have sex in current cycle. There is no chance of conception during taking double dose of Primolut N in the prescribed course.

In case of you want to delay it farther. The dose would depend on the type of your menstruation normally & how many days postponement you want have to consult a gynecologist.
