When Should Hydrocortisone Acetate Be Used?
My prescription states that I can use the hydrocortisone acetate 2.5 per cent Pramoxine HCI 1 per cent cream 3 times a day. Should I only use following a bowel movement or should I use for example after a shower and before going to bed? Thank you. Richard A. Edwards

You can also apply at bed time is pain in anal area is more.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and avoid constipation.
