When Should BCG Vaccine Be Given To A Child?

Dear Doctor, My wife was diagnosed tb gland when she was pregnant at 15 weeks of pregnancy. ATT was started. The child was born at 38 weeks of pregnancy. Some doctor tells me to start isonizide prophylaxis and some don t. Some told me not use BCG vaccine before the prophylaxis is over. Baby chest x-ray was normal on the day he was born. Please tell me whether i should start isoniazid prophylaxis and when to give BCG? The child is just 7 days old now.
