When Does Withdrawal Bleeding Begin After Taking Norethindrone?

Hi I had an abortion on 1/26. I used nuvaring for 3 days and took it out. The next day I got my period on 2/24. It lasted for 2 weeks until Doc prescribed norethindrone for 7 days. I took them for 7 days and it s been 16 days and I ve still had no withdrawal bleeding of any sort. Is there a possiblitlty I could be pregnant?

Hi, I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home. There is a little chance of pregnancy but you have to rule it out. If you have not had periods on norethindrone, you have to take a combination of estrogen and progesterone for inducing periods.
